I started going to raves in 1993.  My older sons have been going longer than that.  My family (Lucy, David Jr., Dominic, Angel, and Chris) have helped many people with their parties.  We have setup and did other things, such as picking up dj's from all over the world at the airport.  My friends own a record store in Costa Mesa Called "Dr. Freeclouds,"  two of them are DJ's, Ron D. Core and Simply Jeff.  Ron spins "hardcore techno," and Jeff spins "triphop."  Ron is married to Helen and you can visit their store any time at Dr. Freeclouds.  Another place you can visit is "Hyperreal."  This is a site where you can get all kinds of information on the rave scene.  You can visit there any time at Hyperreal.  The place I joined a mailing list is, of course, rave related.  It is called "Socal-Raves."  This is a place you can get information on upcoming parties and club information.  They can be reached at Socal-Raves.  At Socal-Raves, you can view the calendar, or their FAQ on how to subscribe, etc.  Below is the family logo:
